Hinch fans share 'save' tips to cut energy bills amid cost of living crisis - Essex Live

Ms Hinch's fans have shared their top tips for cutting energy bills amid the cost of living crisis. The Essex star, whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe , rose to fame on social media after she started sharing unusual cleaning tips and tricks .

And fans have commented on their top tips to help Sandra, with many suggesting cutting back on energy-hungry appliances like clothes dryers. Stevie Hopkins commented, "Hang all my clothes to dry. I don't use the dryer at all and I don't use the utilities during rush hour."

Linda Shattock reiterated: "I turned off as many light switches as I could (and of course made sure to keep the fridge/freezer, Sky, internet and all other essentials on). I'm only saving pennies a day, but it all adds up." Tracey Nicholls wrote, "I'm very frugal, no heat yet, vacuum once a week, sweep rest of the week (no pets or kids visiting). I only wash dark or light and eco". When the machine is full, fold the laundry and put it away when it's clean."

Tina Malenczak added, "Buy an air fryer, it's so much cheaper than using an oven, and it's great food." Sarah Parnell wrote, "All electrical outlets are turned off when the electrical appliance is not in use. Always leave the hair dryer, mobile charger and kettle on first."
