Cummins India launches Redefine 2022, premier B-School case study competition

Cummins India announces the launch of Redefine, a national B school case study competition for students from 12 partner business schools in India.

Cummins said this competition introduces students to a business problem based on real-world challenges faced by businesses and invites them to demonstrate their strategic, innovative and analytical skills.

The competition begins on October 21st and culminates in a two-day grand finale taking place on November 22nd-23rd at the Cummins India Office Campus in Pune, Maharashtra. The winning team will receive a cash prize and participate in a mentoring program with Cummins India management.

Anupama Kaul, Human Resources Director, Cummins India said: "Our annual B-School case study competition, Redefine, aims to educate and mentor the next generation of leaders and professionals.     

Subramanian Chidambaran, Chief Strategy Officer, Cummins India added: "The business reality today is that our problems are becoming more complex and require new ideas and new approaches. Furthermore, climate change is an existential crisis for our generation.

The case study competition consists of several rounds in which students will discuss and present their views with executives from Cummins India.

A series of leadership presentations will also be held prior to the grand finale to update students on the company's vision, business and latest innovations and industry insights.

The company will also host a quiz show where participants will test their knowledge of industry and business trends, technological developments and their understanding of Cummins. This is intended to make the younger generation in particular aware of our company and the Cummins brand.
