Is your house clean? Viewer branding shows "too extreme" on corona virus washing tips

Is your house clean? The audience was impressed by the "extreme" measures taken by the special corona virus .

Over a million people have been infected with Covid-19 and the death toll in the UK has reached nearly 8,000.

Channel 4 owners reorganized the series for a single show, helping people change their cleaning routine in the context of the global pandemic.

Dr. Javid Abdelmoneim and Dr. Lisa Cross organized the program and visited two homes to share their advice on how to be safe during the lockout.

In one scene, Lisa revealed that people have to keep their eyelids closed when rinsing because fecal particles can get "back into the air".

Which is absolutely correct.

"Just a quick note on how to close the toilet lid when you wash it," he said. "It is supposed to prevent the particles from, say, coming out.

"Because even if we know that the coronavirus only spreads through the airways through coughing and sneezing ...

"Some evidence was already seen in the SARS epidemic, there was evidence of a so-called oral stool transfer."

She added: `` Simply put, small fecal particles go back into the air and end up in your mouth.

`` We don't say the virus is mutated to have this mode of transmission, but it could. And it's just good practice. ''

However, those who watched from home were somewhat surprised by the series and found that their suggestions, even when necessary, were "too much".

On Twitter, one of them said: "I cleaned like an absolute bastard, but even this corona virus: how clean is your house?" It seems a little extreme #howcleanisyourhouse . ''

"I thought I had a clean house, but I'm sure these people are well above #HowCleanIsYourHouse (sic)," said another.

"My God, how he cleans your house, it's scary that we have to clean all day," replied a follower.

When a Twitter user wrote, "Seriously, how much shit do these people think we have that day!" ?? #howcleanisyourhouse. ''

However, others praised the program as useful and necessary and provided much needed information.

A fan called it "interesting and informative" while a social media fan wrote: I already know that when I watch this show I want to clean my entire house from top to bottom, even if it is already clean due to the corona virus (sic ).

"It was a fantastic demonstration of the effectiveness of the soap! Thanks #HowCleanIsYourHouse, "added a fan.

And many, many more have shown that they want to clean up as quickly as possible.

To be honest, actually.

Javid explained that while efforts can be extreme, it is worth protecting everyone.

When he talked about some of the measurements he and Lisa shared, he said, "It's just a little attention to detail, the little details that everyone touches, like the light switches.

"It really makes a difference.

"If you have someone who needs to be [isolated] and is told to stay indoors for 12 weeks and stay away from loved ones, indoors as well, that's a good question.

"Just try doing all of these additional things for your safety. It is a trial period for everyone.

Lisa added: `` A lot of people told me, but my message would be very clear: do what you can.

"If there are 20 check boxes and you can only check six, six is better than nothing. We will never remove the virus [in our homes], but if we can reduce it, it is better than nothing."
