Englishwoman Nikole Thompson has taken the Internet by storm. She has shown a meticulous and fairly gigantic cleaning program that breaks down daily, weekly, monthly and annually.

Thanks to his schedule, he can spend around 40 hours a week cleaning the house. Every day is divided into two parts. One set of tasks to be performed is duplicated before work and the other set must be performed after work.

The set "before / after work" is only carried out from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays, a completely new diet is made every week. Weekly tasks include making beds, cleaning the tables, loading the load into the washing machine, loading and unloading the dishwasher, vacuuming and cleaning the toilets.

Tasks such as washing dog harness, cleaning the fridge and coffee machines are reserved for the weekend.

There is a separate schedule for monthly cleaning, which includes cleaning windows, kitchen cabinets, putting food in the fridge and freezer, cleaning the oven, etc.

The diet was published by Thompson on a Facebook group called "Hinch Army Cleanup Tips". In a detailed article with photos from the calendar, he also explained the total time he spent on each of the activities on the list.

The time allowed for each task was 2 to 5 minutes. In addition to preparing meals for your family, it takes 90 minutes to bookmark the daily list.
