Cleaning: Ms. Hinch fans share the "best" way to remove water rings from wood surfaces

"I bought a B&Q grinder for £20.

"Only do it in a small area at a time.

"I had already paid a guy to do mine and it was £250."

Nicky Castelow replied: "Sand and re-dye, we had to do that with some that were really bad.

"I also used different types of sandpaper."

Emma Clark said, "Give them a light grit and re-grease them."

Gail Buckler wrote, "You'd better sand it down and start over.

"Then you can oil it and re-oil it if necessary."

Kerry Williams replied, "Sand and re-grease.

"With most wood countertops, this needs to be done regularly anyway."
