According to the City of Texarkana, Texas, dumpsters will be available for trash disposal on Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon. After that time, residents can place storm debris in the right-of-way for city crews to pick up, according to the public works department. This saves homeowners money by not having to hire a private waste disposal service.
