Shaving cream can help remove stains because it contains active ingredients similar to many household cleaners, such as surfactants and emulsifiers.

These help lift and remove stains by trapping dirt and grime within the mold.

Surfactants are the main cleaning ingredients in shaving cream and can help loosen dirt particles from carpet.

Using foam helps remove dirt particles from the carpet, trapping them and making cleaning easier.

It is advisable to test the shaving cream on a small area first. The trick usually works best on superficial stains on various fabrics.

After applying shaving cream, wipe gently with a damp cloth or diluted cleaning solution, depending on the stain.
