JACKSON, Tennessee. — Clean-up day planned for next week.

The City of Jackson's Love Your Block program is gearing up for another cleanup day next week.

Calling all residents, friends, family members, anyone willing and able to make Jackson a better place, all invited to come to Trash Cleanup Day.

On Monday, March 13, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., volunteers can come and help their community rejuvenate. Volunteers are invited to help collect rubbish from the areas.

The event takes place in Jackson in the TR White Sportsplex area and also includes the surrounding neighborhoods.

Love Your Block provides all the necessary materials for the cleanup.

Those interested can meet in the parking lot of the TR White Sportsplex on East College Street.

Love Your Block hosts Clean Up Days throughout the year and volunteers are always needed and welcome.
