Reno, Nev. (KOLO) Disinfecting and cleaning your home are practices that everyone should follow regularly to prevent the spread of COVID-19 or other diseases. MaidPro Reno uses a 49-point checklist to clean houses.
"And this checklist includes the most modern household items, door handles, light switches, cabinets, appliances, and taps," said owner Greg McCartney.
McCartney said that very sensitive areas such as door handles, taps and cabinets should receive special attention.
Andrea Jones, an employee, warned of cross-contamination during the cleanup.
"They don't want to take what's in the bathroom to the rest of the house, so we make sure we change gloves every room so we don't contaminate every room," he said. explained.
